Processing of orders
All orders are prepared
within 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping methods
We deliver across Canada via Canada Post or equivalent carrier.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the cashier according to weight and address.
Estimated deadlines
• Quebec & Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email tracking number.

Return policy
Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days following receipt.
The products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Items on sale or personalized are final sale.
In case of damaged product on delivery, please contact us with a photo in the 48 hours.
Return expenses: on behalf of the customer, unless we err or defective product.
Reimbursement (excluding shipping costs) is made once the item has been received and inspected.
